Event Details
What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 - 45 minutes before the ceremony, so you have time to park, get seated, and enjoy the view before we begin. The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM.
Where can I find the schedule?

Where do I park at the venue?
The Edgewater Hotel only offers valet-only parking. We offer complimentary valet for our wedding guests. Valet parking is offered on a space-available basis
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both! The venue has an outdoor terrace where the cocktail reception will be held. The ceremony and dinner will be indoors.

How do I get to the venue from SeaTac airport?
There are multiple ways to get to The Edgewater Hotel including renting a car, or getting a rideshare. Refer to our Travel Info page for more details
What can I do around the venue?
There are many famous attractions near The Edgewater Hotel! It’s a 10-15mins walk to the waterfront which has a beautiful park facing the bay, Seattle Aquarium, and plenty of food stalls along the pier. Guests can take the monorail to Seattle Space Needle, or head towards Pike Place Market to explore local shops and food. Reach out to us for more travel tips around Seattle!
Food & Reception
What will be served for dinner?
We currently don’t have a menu, but the food will be freshly prepared by Six Seven Restaurant located in The Edgewater Hotel.
Can I choose my meal?
Yes. We will reach out to our guests for their meal preferences and for any dietary restrictions.
RSVP & Invitations
When will I receive the formal invitation?
We will send out the invites early 2026. For those who need a formal invitation sooner due to visa applications, reach out to us!
How can I RSVP?
Guests will be able to RSVP on this website in the RSVP page. Instructions will also be on the invitation.
